SHIPPING POLICY
Our Shipping Process
We process, package, and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, and so on.
You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. You will then be able to view tracking for your order.
Shipping Restrictions
⦁ Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
⦁ All orders require a street address
⦁ Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
⦁ Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.
⦁ Shipping available to the 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories.
PLEASE NOTE
⦁ Orders are processed within 2-5 business days with the exception of pre-orders.
⦁ You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
⦁ After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.
⦁ Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
⦁ Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
⦁ Due to limited availability, we may limit the number of pieces per order.
**PAPER** PRINTS:
PREMIUM SHIPPING
All prints are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. All paper prints 16x20" and under are packed in a flat mailer with a piece of cardboard or foam core included in the envelope for stability, as well as a "Do Not Bend" sticker on the front to reinforce the safety of the print. Any paper print above this size will be rolled, put into a protective plastic bag, and shipped in a cardboard shipping tube with bubble wrap on both sides of the print to keep it stable.
ORIGINALS:
PREMIUM SHIPPING
You will be charged between $5-$30 for shipping upon the purchase of your original painting. This is a charge to cover materials for shipment for each original. All originals are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. Each original is wrapped in paper (then tie it with a bow, of course), then tape around protective foam core or cardboard on either side of the wrapped painting to protect it from anything around it. then the entire piece is wrapped with bubble wrap, and placed in an art-sized box filled with plenty more bubble wrap to allow no shaking during shipment. Any original painting over $250 has shipping insurance purchased on it by me, in case of the event that it is damaged by the postage system. This method has proven itself very safe and effective! Shipment Processing and Handling Time
⦁ All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Buy Online / Local Pickup
⦁ Delivery typically in one to five business days. Pickup will be arranged at our local fulfillment center in Kentucky.
Standard Ground Shipping
⦁ Delivery typically in five to eight business days after shipment.
Second Day
⦁ Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.
Next Day/Overnight
⦁ Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
